    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a structured, evidence-based treatment designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences.  Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, to help process traumatic memories and reduce the emotional distress associated with them.

  • Mindfullness Practices

    Mindfulness practices are techniques that encourage individuals to focus on the present moment in a non-judgmental way. Mindfulness is often used in therapy to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

    Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model  that views the mind as composed of multiple "parts," each with its own perspectives, feelings, and roles. IFS operates on the idea that everyone has a core, authentic self, which is calm, curious, and compassionate, and that healing occurs when this Self leads the internal system.

  • Trauma Informed Therapy

    Trauma-Informed Therapy is an approach that acknowledges the impact of trauma on a person’s psychological, emotional, and physical well-being. It aims to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that minimizes re-traumatization and empowers individuals to heal from traumatic experiences.
