Supervised Practice Hours
At Helios we have a supervising therapist who has decades of experience, and a robust list of people seeking therapy. Our licensure candidates will have the opportunity to get a steady workload of practice hours and plenty of 1:1 time with our supervising therapist to review notes and improve skills.

Business Training
Our goal is for our licensure candidates to leave our program with the skillsets required to own and operate a private practice. During the course of our program, each licensure candidate will learn the fundamental business skills required to open and run a profitable therapy practice.

Insurance Billing Support
One of the biggest struggles of being a licensure candidate is being forced into only taking cash-pay clients. We believe this is an unnecessary evil in our industry, so we provide insurance billing support to our licensure candidates to open up their availabilities to see more clients.

Onboarding
Receive acceptance letter and begin orientation to establish your schedule, get set up for insurance billing, and start taking clients at Helios.

Interview For A Position
Schedule an interview with our team to discuss your goals, experience, and how we can support you in our licensure program.

Begin Supervised Practice
Begin supervised practice hours, working closely with experienced therapists who provide guidance and feedback. Receive ongoing trainings and support to enhance your skills in business and as a provider.
